Team

Harold Bialsky, DC, MA, CLCP, CRC

Life Care Planner & Vocational Expert

In addition to being a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and Certified Life Care Planner (CLCP), Harold brings ten (10) years of hands-on experience working with disabled individuals to each case. Catastrophic impairments present a great challenge to an individual’s ability to work, maintain functional independence and preserve a good quality of life. A Life Care Plan developed by Harold Bialsky addresses the short- and long-term needs of an individual with a severe disability in order to ensure their functional independence to the extent possible into the future. Similarly, a Vocational Assessment will determine whether an individual can return to their prior occupation, transition to new work, or is unable to rejoin the labor force.

Harold Bialsky has developed thousands of Life Care Plans and Vocational Assessments over 30 years, working across numerous disability populations from traumatic brain injury to spinal cord injury, trauma at birth, and multiple orthopedic injuries. At this point in his career, Harold Bialsky has encountered all that can happen to someone who’s been catastrophically injured.

Harold Bialsky has testified in courts across the country, including federal courts. Whether working with plaintiffs or defense attorneys, his methodology remains the same.
